When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or get in touch with us directly, you may share:

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number and company name
  • Details about your current internet or telecom setup, such as your ISP name, account number, service address, and a copy of a recent bill (for telecom service inquiries)
  • Security questions and answers (where account verification is needed)
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically collects some technical data when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, which pages you viewed, and how long you spent on them. On mobile, this also includes device type and operating system. We use this to understand how the site is performing and where we can improve it.

We use cookies to keep the site running and — with your consent — to power the following third-party services:

You can update or withdraw your cookie consent at any time by clicking “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info” in our website footer.

Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (stored until they expire or you delete them). Essential cookies — the ones needed for basic site functionality — are always active and cannot be turned off.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact form submissions: up to 3 years for business relationship management.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months (Google's default retention).
  • Server logs: up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
  • Consent records: 3 years to document compliance.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in these circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us run the website or deliver our services (such as EmailJS for form submissions and Chatbase for support chat).
  • Analytics and marketing platforms listed above, only when you have given consent.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, a court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
  • A successor business in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets — we will notify you before any such transfer occurs.

Your information may be processed in locations outside your state or country where our service providers operate. By using our site, you acknowledge this.

Your U.S. Privacy Rights

California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

If you live in California, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

  • Right to Know — request details about the personal information we've collected, why we collected it, and who we've shared it with.
  • Right to Delete — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — click “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info” in our footer, or email privacy@valexity.com. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and will automatically opt you out when detected.
  • Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use — restrict how we use sensitive personal information to what's strictly needed to provide the service.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone number, IP address, company name.
  • Commercial information: services you've inquired about or purchased.
  • Network activity: pages visited, time on site, browser type (via analytics).
  • Geolocation: approximate location inferred from IP address.
  • Inferences: drawn from the above to understand general preferences.

Third parties we share personal information with

  • Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics), Zoho Corporation (Pagesense).
  • Business outreach: Apollo.io — this constitutes “sharing” under CCPA. Opt out via the footer link or GPC signal.
  • Communication: EmailJS (contact forms), Chatbase (support chat).

California Shine the Light — Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83

California residents may request a list of personal information we've shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, once per calendar year. Email privacy@valexity.com with “Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas Residents

Under state privacy laws (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, TDPSA), residents of these states have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about them
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Delete personal data they've provided
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data
  • Obtain a portable copy of their personal data

To submit a request, contact us at privacy@valexity.com. We'll respond within 45 days (or the timeframe required by applicable law). If we deny a request, we'll explain why and how to appeal.

How to submit a privacy request

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will never penalize you for exercising your privacy rights.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the information you share with us. That said, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
